there's supposed to be a blizzard in portland tonight, yet we're still expected to get to work tomorrow * my stupid van is dead, really dead, after i just spent $90 on a new battery * it is - literally - 20 degrees outside, and with wind chill it "feels like" 4 (thanks, weather.com) * megan left today, which means garrett will be in a bad mood for a while * i should have left work half an hour ago, but i'm waiting for bill to finish cause he's taking me home

oh wait, one good thing did happen in 2004 so far...i learned to drive a standard, and i only stalled twice!
